Global Shapers is a World Economic Forum initiative. We network youth to corporates, through intensive career defining opportunities that prepare them for big success. For corporates, this creates unique employee engagement programs, while for society good role models.   Our model is based on intense interventions creating defining moments for the youth - (1) CEO Shadowing - students spend an entire day with a CEO (2) Fellowships: for an intensive leadership course (3) Corporate Bridge – MNC managers help students to succeed in the corporate world and (4) Start up Immersion - students experience in to start up environments.
